The Keele location is primarily a private personal training facility but during off-peak hours when no PT sessions are scheduled, we open it up to off-peak members. After registering, we’ll set you up with your access key. From there, drop in anytime during your off-peak windows; 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, or 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
