    Woodbridge Group Exercise Class Schedules

    Our group training class schedule runs from Monday to Friday with time slots at 8:15 am, 12 pm, 5:30 pm, and 7:30 pm. On the weekends, class is held at 9 am and 12 pm.

    All classes are held at Woodbridge location and open to members of all fitness levels. We encourage participants to come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session. We look forward to seeing you at one of our classes!
